Only 6023$ of the $10,000 per month that Google Ad Grants gives you have been spent. The priority should be maximizing results/conversions, not necessarily spending 100% of the budget, but usually too much unspent budget means wasted opportunities and worse results.

This may indicate that not all conversions or their respective values have been configured correctly. Or that your active campaigns are ineffective and don't provide enough value to your organization. In any case, you should probably change your current configuration, because having a $10,000/month budget for campaigns and not generating much value is a major problem.
